Pornavo is an adult-content search and discovery service. It indexes, organizes, and helps visitors locate third-party material.

Except for Pornavo's own name, branding, interface, and software, Pornavo does not claim ownership of third-party videos, images, names, likenesses, descriptions, or other material made discoverable through the service. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders and authorized providers.

Pornavo is not the original source or producer of third-party videos. Video files are not stored on physical servers owned by Pornavo. Playback is provided through embedded players and third-party sources or technical infrastructure. Indexing, displaying, embedding, processing, caching, or technically delivering material does not transfer ownership to Pornavo and does not by itself constitute endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or verification of that material.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pornavo does not assume responsibility for obtaining, verifying, administering, or enforcing third-party copyrights, privacy or publicity rights, consent, releases, licences, recordkeeping, or other permissions. Those responsibilities remain with the persons or entities that create, publish, license, or supply the relevant material.

You may use Pornavo only if you are at least 18, have reached any higher age of majority required where you live, and may lawfully access adult material. You are responsible for following applicable law and respecting copyright, privacy, consent, and other third-party rights.

You must not use Pornavo for unlawful activity, interfere with the service or its security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute illegal material, or misuse content or personal information.

Pornavo may de-index, restrict, disable, or remove access to any page, reference, thumbnail, playback route, link, or other material at any time. Third-party material and services remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners and operators. To the extent permitted by law, Pornavo is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, completeness, accuracy, ownership status, authorization, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

DMCA / Copyright

Rights holders and authorized representatives may request review or removal of material by emailing contact@pornavo.com. A useful notice should provide:

• The relevant Pornavo page URL.
• Identification of the copyrighted work and the material at issue.
• A brief explanation of the complaint.
• Contact information sufficient to reach the reporting party.
• Any statements or signature required for a legally valid copyright notice.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Recordkeeping Notice

Pornavo operates as a search and discovery service and does not claim to be the primary producer or original records custodian of third-party material made discoverable through the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pornavo does not assume responsibility for creating, obtaining, verifying, maintaining, or publishing records that 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A require from the applicable producer or content provider. Responsibility for those records remains with the person or entity to which the applicable law assigns it. Pornavo does not represent that it possesses or controls such third-party records and does not publish an unverified custodian identity, address, or universal certification for third-party material.
